Prato Fundo in English is the alternative version from my “principal” blog, which it’s written in Portuguese, PratoFundo. Sometimes, I post my recipes at Tastesotting, so I guess some visitors don’t speak Portuguese, it’s can be very frustrated, isn’t? And I know my “writing” English is terrible, don’t be mean!

Almost forget, Prato Fundo means Deep Plate (literally) or Deep Dish. I know, it’s lame. heheheh

Who?

Me, Myself and I Allow me introduce myself. My name is Vitor Hugo, 24 years old and I live in Brazil, so I’m a Brazilian-Japanese Man, as you can see. Nice to meet to! :D

In 2007, I took some Cookig Classes (Basic Cook) at the local shcool, because food is really a passion. Sounds a like silly, but it’s true.

Cook is mandatory, eat much more. Besides, I’m not so picky with food, keep my mind always open to taste news flavors and experiences. The only thing is: just exigent. If it’s for eat, let’s do it right. All I want is good food.

I really enjoy pastry (French-y, kinda) and chocolate (the real thing, ok?) :D
